“Novostroy Engineering” is a company, working in the field of engineering and construction – repairing, specialized in complex solutions of problems, connected with strengthening of building constructions, waterproofing and anti-corrosion protection of different kinds of constructions, comprising:

• expert estimation of the project’s condition
• designing and technological solution of new constructions
• repairing and refurbishing of old constructions

In the view of the specificity of the arising problems in construction-repairing works and the modernization of existing constructions as well as the untypical decisions for solving such problems, “Novostroy Engineering” uses “Know-How”, materials, technology and laboratories of foreign companies, who are leaders in their field and also works with Bulgarian Scientific Research Institutes and laboratories. The work at the projects is performed by specialized teams, consisting of specialists and trained technical staff of “Novostroy Engineering”, foreign company experts, whose “Know-How” is applied and specialized subcontractors.

VANDEX INTERNATIONAL LTD., Switzerland – waterproofing, repairing, protection, refurbishing and anticorrosion protection of concrete constructions, sewages, canals, sewage treatment plants, water tanks and water constructions for food industry and for drinking water, using materials on cement basis – Vandex system.

ZINGAMETAL B.V.B.A., Belgium – anti-corrosion protection of new and old metal constructions, using the method of galvanizing through cold application of the material, including galvanizing of ready metal constructions on spot, without their dismantling – ZINGA system.
